An Afternoon in Brooklyn

Amie and I started off at the Brooklyn Museum of Art to see the Basquiat exhibit before it closed. It was very interesting. I’m glad I finally got around to seeing it. I learned a lot like the reason why he put crowns or halos above the heads in his works and that he briefly dated Madonna. Then we made our way to Junior’s Restaurant. It’s known for it’s cheesecake…thanks to P. Diddy. That’s the place where he made Da Band walk across the Brooklyn Bridge to get him a piece. The cheesecake is alright, but to be honest, I’ve had better at other places, Serendipity for example.
